Non GamStop Guide UK

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Non GamStop Guide UK at miltoninn.co.uk. By reading or navigating the site, you accept them. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the site.

What This Site Is, and Is Not

This site publishes explanatory material about online casinos that operate outside the GamStop self-exclusion scheme. It is an information resource, not a gambling operator. It does not accept wagers, hold player funds or settle disputes between players and casinos.

Many casinos discussed here are licensed outside Great Britain, for example in Curaçao or Anjouan, rather than by the UK Gambling Commission. That difference matters: UKGC complaint routes, its rules on game design and its funds-protection requirements may not apply to them. Read each operator's own terms before you deposit.

Age and Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or over to use this site.
  • You are responsible for checking whether online gambling is lawful where you live.
  • If you have registered with GamStop, the scheme exists to protect you. Using this site to get around your own exclusion is not its purpose, and you should not do so.

Accuracy of Information

Bonus amounts, wagering requirements, withdrawal limits and payment options change often, sometimes without notice from the operator. Content is checked against the information available when it is published, but no guarantee is given that it is current. The casino's own website is the authoritative source.

Third-Party Links

Some links lead to external casino sites, and the site may receive a commission if you sign up through them. This does not change the cost to you. Linked sites are outside our control, and their terms and privacy practices apply once you leave this site.

Limitation of Liability

Gambling carries a real risk of financial loss. To the extent permitted by law, the site accepts no liability for losses arising from decisions made using its content.

Changes and Governing Law

These terms may be updated at any time, and continued use means you accept the revised version. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
